真的可以不择手段吗？比如屠城，第3者，外遇？
集体斗殴是战争，个人决斗就不算。集体斗殴还不是细化就变成了个人对决了？爱情怎么细化法？喜欢肉体或者全部都有可能吧，因喜欢肉体而一夜情或者拿钱弄到手算不算？为爱杀人放火呢？
